FRUIT AND FLOWER SYRUPS
Each year, between May and September, our workshop fills up with flowers and fragrances. We only use the finest ripe fruit and most delicate petals to make our rose petal and distilled orange water syrups, both of which form part of the Slow Food initiative, raspberry, blueberry and mint syrups and almond milk.
NATURAL ARTISANAL SYRUPS
Every year, between May and September, the factory fills with flowers and perfumes. Only with the best ripe fruit and the most delicate petals do we produce rose petal syrup and distilled orange blossom water, both Slow Food Presidia, blueberry syrup, mint syrup and almond milk.
RESPECT FOR NATURE'S TIMING
Flower syrup, particularly rose syrup, represents a centuries-old tradition of Ligurian confectionery, when these elixirs were used both as refreshing drinks and as natural remedies.
FOLLOWING THE RHYTHM OF BLOOMING
Processing begins with careful selection of flowers and fruit. The petals are separated manually with care, one by one, while the fruit is cut by hand to prepare it for subsequent processing phases. Each syrup is the result of the careful and skillful gesture of artisans, who follow processes handed down through generations, preserving the quality and authenticity of each product, just as we do for our candied fruits and artisanal jams.
NATURAL COLORS AND PERFUMES
Fruit and flower syrups contain no dyes or artificial flavors. The intense color derives exclusively from the raw material used. Each bottle contains the pure essence of nature, just like our rose petal preserve.
