The availability of our products follows the seasonality of the ingredients and the production times of our artisans. For this reason, some products may only be available during certain periods of the year.

What payment methods are available?

Is it possible to include a gift message with my order?
Yes, you can attach a personalized greeting card that will be handwritten by our artisans. In the cart, you need to specify this request in the "Special instructions for order" section, including the text you wish to have written.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes, in the cart you can choose to receive an invoice by selecting "I need an invoice for this order".
What are the shipping times?
Shipping takes place within 2-6 business days. During peak periods, such as Christmas and Easter, delivery times may be subject to delays, also due to courier management.
Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping takes 2-6 business days.
How can I track my shipment?
When the order is entrusted to the courier, you will receive an email containing the link and code necessary to track the progress of the order.
