Orange Blossom Water comes from the tradition of the Ligurian Riviera, a land known for centuries as "Le pays où fleurit l'oranger". In spring, the delicate blossoms of the bitter orange are hand-picked at the peak of flowering, steeped in water and then slowly distilled in traditional copper stills.

For over 160 years this process has been carried on by the Guglielmi family of Vallebona, a historic distillery and Slow Food Presidium. The result is an orange blossom water with an intense, natural fragrance.
