Tandoori Masala
Aromatic and intense, with delicate floral notes and a warm, spiced character, Tandoori Masala is a blend symbolic of Indian cuisine. Native to India, it is made of cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, onion, garlic, cardamom, Cayenne pepper, allspice, galangal, nutmeg, cassia cinnamon, cloves and long pepper. It is ideal for tandoori chicken, but also pairs harmoniously with fish, prawns and sautéed vegetables.
