THE ARTISAN PROCESS

After careful selection, the pistachios are worked in small batches in the traditional basins, following a slow sugar-coating process. The artisan adds sugar a little at a time, until a thin, crisp veil wraps the nut without masking its flavour — a patient gesture that preserves the pistachio's aroma and enhances its natural intensity.

Why isn't the surface glossy like other confetti?

The matte look comes from the absence of glossing waxes and chemical additives. We use only natural gum arabic, which gives the characteristic irregular surface — a hallmark of artisan craftsmanship.

Are they suitable for people with allergies?

Pistachios are naturally gluten-free. However, being tree nuts, they are not suitable for people with nut allergies.

What do pistachio confetti pair with?

Pistachio confetti can be enjoyed on their own, as a small sweet moment, or with coffee, tea and dessert wines. They're also perfect at the end of a meal, thanks to their intense taste and the pistachio's delicate roasted notes.
