Timut Pepper
Timut Pepper
Fresh and citrusy in aroma, Timut pepper releases lively grapefruit and lime notes, with an elegant, surprising character. Native to Nepal, it is a botanical relative of Sichuan pepper, distinguished by its smaller berries and a particularly refined aromatic profile.
Used whole or lightly crushed in a mortar, it is ideal with white meats, fish, shellfish and fruit, but also surprises in sweet pairings such as chocolate sorbet.
