These old-fashioned chocolates capture the charm of confectionery from another era: a soft fondant, hand-worked on marble and delicately scented with rose, violet and mint.

Coated in chocolate and finished with a rose petal, a violet or a small mint leaf, each fondant is cut and finished entirely by hand, without the use of moulds. The result is small, one-of-a-kind chocolates that preserve the elegance and authenticity of a craft handed down through time.

FAQ
What flavours are included in the assortment?
Old-fashioned chocolates combine the enveloping notes of dark chocolate with delicate floral aromas. The selection includes the three iconic "demi-sucré" fondant flavours: rose, with a candied rose petal; violet, with a crystallised violet; and mint, with a crystallised mint leaf. You can note any preference when ordering; otherwise, the box will include all three flavours.
Why are they called "old-fashioned"?
The name "old-fashioned" (a uso antico) recalls the traditional production methods used before modern moulds were introduced: chocolates made entirely by hand, following historic recipes. As in the 19th century, each chocolate is cut and shaped by hand using the original old-fashioned technique.
Are they available all year round?
