Wild Garlic
Wild Garlic
Delicate in fragrance, wild garlic offers light herbaceous notes and caramel nuances, with a gentler garlic taste than the common variety. Made from the dried leaves of wild garlic, which grows naturally in the damp woodlands of central and western Europe.
In the kitchen it is ideal for sauces, omelettes, stuffings, savoury pies, soups and vegetable creams, as well as for dressing salads, cheeses and aromatic pestos. Best added at the end of cooking, to preserve its fragrance and aroma.
